Overnight Oats

The most delicious recipe for “Overnight Oats” compliments of Dietitian, Kate Morton. And guess what? It’s boyfriend approved!

In a 12oz/290ml jam jar, mix the following:

1/2 C Almond Milk

1 Tbsp PB (I like to use Organic “PB Fit” Peanut Butter)

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

3/4 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Then add in and mix

1/2 C Oats

1 Tbsp Coconut Flakes


Place in fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning!

Other Info 

Dairy free & gluten free (but be sure to check your oats!)

Make a whole weeks worth in one go - they will last until the end of the week and taste better and better as they sit.

To reduce amount of sugar, remove maple syrup from the recipe.
